Welcome to Breast Foot Forward, a friendly support group in Suffolk for women affected by breast cancer. Founded and run by women volunteers, all of us with a personal experience of breast cancer.
We offer monthly meetings in relaxed social settings around Ipswich, offering listening ear support, friendship and a wide range of activities from pilates to spa & pamper evenings (

Our regular attendee numbers range from 5 to 35, depending on each event. You can come to some or all support evenings or events that take your fancy. Our regular support evenings are free of charge.
Breast Foot Forward members span all ages (currently we have members in 70's, 60's 50's, 40's and 30's). They are the loveliest bunch of women you could hope to meet!
The purpose of this site is to show you that there is additional help, information and support available for Suffolk women affected by breast cancer, beyond the healthcare staff who support you with your diagnosis and any treatment journey.
